What is the HUBX commercial model?

HUBX operates a Platform as a Service (PaaS) model based on an annual licence, irrespective of the number or size of deals, users, waivers, amendments, data rooms or documents. Enterprise clients are hosted on a private cloud, while smaller banks are hosted on a shared architecture (portal) basis - this operates on a tiered model based on number of deals. On Premise installation is possible. Can HUBX Arranger be implemented on premise, on cloud, and on private cloud?
