Similarly, Salesforce operates under an API friendly model, which allows HUBX to directly build an API connection into your Salesforce instance quickly and efficiently. At the same time, every instance of Salesforce can be different due to the high degree of configurability in terms of fields. In order to build the bridge with HUBX, in practice this requires rolling out middleware with an interface that allows the bank to match fields on Salesforce that should connect, with the equivalent fields in HUBX; and in which direction (one way or two-way sync). The result will be to present the Origination team at the bank using Salesforce with buttons from their Salesforce dashboard to ‘push’ borrower and deal information to HUBX.
